Dr Maciej JASKOT and Dr Wojciech SOSNOWSKI published the Lexicon of Active Bulgarian and Polish Phraseology

At the end of September of this year, the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences Publishing House released the Lexicon of Active Bulgarian and Polish Phraseology, co-authored by Dr Maciej JASKOT and Dr Wojciech SOSNOWSKI of Natolin's Languages And Intercultural Dialogue Office (LIDO).

This is the first bilingual phraseological dictionary in Slavic lexicography that records the current state of Bulgarian and Polish phraseology. The dictionary is bilateral - it consists of Bulgarian-Polish and Polish-Bulgarian parts. Each of these parts contains 500 active phraseological units of a given language along with their equivalents in the other language.

The Lexicon is intended for both Bulgarian and Polish readers. It will be useful to students of philological specializations, translators, university lecturers, lexicographers, linguists-slavists, as well as all those who are interested in the contemporary state of phraseology in both languages.

The lexicon is available at the following link.
