EPSO Competition Workshop with Dr Lieven TACK

The students of the College of Europe in Natolin were offered a workshop package focused on the EPSO competition, aimed at equipping them with tips to succeed in the competition and occurring over the course of a full weekend.

The workshop aimed to prepare students for the two phases of the EPSO competition, ultimately allowing access to employment in EU institutions. The workshops were given by Dr Lieven TACK, alumnus of the College of Europe and former visiting professor at Natolin.

The content of the workshops was divided as follows:

• Session 1: Overview of EU traineeships and careers and the EPSO application process
• Session 2: New Competency Framework and reasoning skills tests
• Session 3: Talent screener and assessment centre tests
• Session 4: EPSO interviews and individualised simulation test
