On 27 January 2016, the federalist students group of the Natolin (Warsaw) campus of the College of Europe organized a talk with special guest H.E. Mr Paul WOJCIECHOWSKI, the Ambassador of Australia to Poland.

The talk was introduced by Natolin student and federalist group representative Mr Simone FISSOLO and by the Director of Studies of the European Interdisciplinary Studies programme, Professor Pascaline WINAND. H.E. Ambassador WOJCIECHOWSKI spoke about the role of Australia in Poland, as well as in Europe, and was open to questions from students.

H.E. Mr Paul WOJCIECHOWSKI, Ambassador of Australia to Poland since 2016, has previously served overseas as Counsellor at the Australian Embassy and Permanent Mission to the EU in Brussels, with earlier postings in Jakarta and Seoul. In Canberra, Mr WOJCIECHOWSKI was acting as Head of the Pacific Development Division in 2013. From 2011 to 2013, he was Assistant Director General in the former AusAID, with responsibility for the G20 development policy, multilateral policy and partnerships.
