Interactive workshop: “Un tour du monde francophone en 60 minutes” by Dr Michał OBSZYŃSKI

The Language and Intercultural Dialogue Office of the College of Europe in Natolin was pleased to organise an interactive workshop titled “Un tour du monde francophone en 60 minutes” with Dr Michał OBSZYŃSKI in the framework of the French Cultural Day and in response to our French students' request.

The workshop explored the diversity of French-speaking cultures worldwide. Through engaging activities, participants discovered linguistic, historical, and cultural aspects of Francophone regions, that fostered a deeper appreciation for the global influence of the French language.

About the speaker:

Dr Michał OBSZYŃSKI is a lecturer at the Department of Romance Literary Studies at the University of Warsaw. He is a specialist in the field of Literature and culture of French-speaking countries, mainly Quebec, French Antilles and Haiti, the publishing industry in France and French-speaking countries. He also specializes in literary concepts in Pan-African discourse and contemporary literary festivals in French-speaking areas.
