We are currently seeking applications for the Executive Assistant position coordinating Natolin Nests at the Analytics and Educational Innovation Office with a starting date in October 2024.
Qualifications
- you should be fluent in English and French;
- you enjoy working as part of a team;
- you have exceptionally good organizational and time management skills;
- you are flexible, able to prioritize and organize your work (working hours can include evenings or weekends);
- you have an interest in tutoring and work with students,
- previous College of Europe experience is advantageous, but it is not a precondition.
The most important tasks include:
- Coordinating and organizing Nest activities and other extracurricular events,
- tutoring (e.g. leading extracurricular academic projects, providing academic advice to students),
- contributing to the Department’s administration (e.g. field trips, guest lectures, conferences, selection of prospective students),
About the position
- The position is full-time, based in Warsaw;
- We offer a one-year contract under Polish law, renewable.
