Natolin Students visit the Bruges Campus

Between 17 and 19 January 2020, Natolin students travelled to Belgium to visit our sister campus in Bruges.

This was a great opportunity to meet the students of the Bruges campus and discuss about our common College of Europe experience. We were hosted by Bruges students in their different residences spread across the city. Many Natolinians were amazed by the beauty and atmosphere of the city, which made our week-end truly unforgettable.

We took a tour of the College buildings, dined in the canteen and had a great evening meeting with our hosts in the student bar. The hosts were wonderful and we all soon realised that the well-known "èsprit du Collège" really bonds us all together!

On Saturday afternoon, Natolin took on Bruges in a football game, with lots of students supporting the players. It was a great afternoon both for the players and the very motivated spectators who cheered on the teams with funny songs. Congratulations to the Bruges team on their victory – we look forward to playing the second leg in Natolin!

As the DACH National Week was taking place at the Bruges campus during our visit, we also had the chance to attend the "Bal Viennois" – a great end to our weekend!

We would like to thank all Bruges hosts and students, as well as the student organisers (from both Bruges and Natolin) who made this exchange a success! We look forward to welcoming Bruges students at Natolin later this semester.
