From 22 to 24 September 2015, Dr Paweł KOWAL, Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Natolin (Warsaw) campus of the College of Europe, was in Kyiv.
During his visit, Dr KOWAL presided over the Scientific Council's meeting of the Scientific Centre at the Polish Academy of Sciences in Kyiv. During the session a special memorandum was adopted on Polish-Ukrainian scientific cooperation.
On 24 September 2015, Dr Paweł KOWAL attended the meeting of the President of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Professor Jerzy DUSZYŃSKI, with Mr Serhiy KVIT, Ukraine’s Minister of Education and Science.
