On 2 September 2013, Dr Anna-Sophie MAASS, Senior Academic Assistant at the Natolin (Warsaw) campus of the College of Europe, presented the paper "The Risks of the EU’s ‘Actorness’ during the Orange Revolution" at the University Association for Contemporary European Studies (UACES) 43rd general conference at the University of Leeds, UK.
The paper examined the reasons for the open confrontation between the EU and Russia after the Orange Revolution in Ukraine.
