On 27 September 2013, in the context of a conference on "Raising Awareness - The Visegrad-4 and the Maghreb", organized by the Hungarian Institute of International Affairs (HIIA) in Budapest, Professor Tobias SCHUMACHER, Chairholder of the European Neighbourhood Policy Chair at the Natolin campus of the College of Europe, gave a keynote lecture entitled "The limits of complexity: overlapping institutional frameworks in Euro-Maghreb cooperation".
