Dr Dimitris BOURIS, Research Fellow of the European Neighbourhood Policy Chair at the Natolin (Warsaw) campus of the College of Europe, authored a chapter entitled "The European Union’s Role in the Palestinian Territories: State-building through Security Sector Reform?".

The chapter was published in a book edited by Oya DURSUN-OZKANCA, The European Union as an Actor in Security Sector Reform: Current Practices and Challenges of Implementation, published by Routledge.
