Vacancy: Administrative Secretary at the College of Europe, Natolin

The College of Europe is seeking applications for the position of full time administrative secretary with a starting date of 7 January 2014 at the latest.

We are looking for graduates with:

  • a master’s degree;
  • a perfect command of English and a good command of French (good knowledge of Polish desirable);
  • computer literacy, very good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
  • professional experience;
  • excellent organizational skills;
  • ability to meet strict deadlines;
  • ability to work autonomously and as a team member;
  • flexible approach to work.

Tasks include:

  • providing secretarial and administrative support to the daily activities of the campus;
  • performing routine secretarial tasks;
  • organizing conferences and meetings;
  • collaborating with other services and employees;
  • drafting reports and analyses.
