On Saturday, 27 May 2023, the College of Europe in Natolin continued its tradition of Alumni Reunions Programme with the long-overdue first reunion of the Mário Soares Promotion (2020-2021). Offset by two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the reunion offered an opportunity to the 2021 graduation class to reunite at their former home once more, and to relive the campus experience for a brief moment anew.
The alumni were welcomed by Mr Łukasz DOBROMIRSKI, Head of the Careers and Alumni Relations Office, at the Natolin Palace, where a family picture was taken of the 70+ assembled Soares students. As usual, the alumni made their way to meet current students at the Natolin Winter Garden, with the resulting networking session occurring outdoors, underneath the warm May sun. The promotions interacted at length over the course of the afternoon, exchanging life advice and career recommendations.
The discussion was followed by a reception for the alumni and students alike, wherein further exchange and networking could occur between the assembled Natolinians. Afterward, the students and alumni made their way to the Natolin Restaurant for a buffet dinner, and the evening continued with informal socialising in the campus common rooms.
The College of Europe in Natolin is thrilled to welcome back its former students, and we look forward to many more reunions in the near future!
