Przemysław Kamil ROSIAK

P. Kamil Rosiak is Attorney-at-Law and Partner Associate at KPMG D. Dobkowski LP. His experience spans sectors such as: retail, airlines and airports, construction and real estate, energy and natural resources, transport, shipbuilding and public sector. In 1998-1999 P. Kamil Rosiak worked in the Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as the Head of the Department of the EC Law. In 2003 he took a traineeship at the office of the Court of First Instance President Bo Vesterdorf in Luxembourg, and in 2004–2006 he worked as a legal assistant (référendaire) at that court. P. Kamil Rosiak conducts trainings on Polish and EU competition law and state aid law for public officials, judges, attorneys-at-law and business. He acts as an advisor to the National Council of Attorneys-at-Law and assists public and private entities in matters connected with proceedings before the European Commission, Court of Justice of the European Union and Polish courts. He is a Polish representative in the CCBE Permanent Delegation to the Court of Justice, Polish correspondent of European State Aid Law Quarterly and author or co-author of books and scientific articles on the EU law and competition law. In the scope of KPMG Brexit Task Force he prepares ongoing analyses on Brexit consequences for Polish economy and individual enterprises.
