The College of Europe Natolin campus organized a round-table debate entitled "From Order to Disorder in Europe’s Southern Neighbourhood: Arab Uprisings, State Failure, Islamic Radicalization, Shifting Alliances and Altering Geopolitics", in collaboration with the Israel Public Diplomacy Forum. The event took place on 26 October 2016 at the Natolin campus of the College of Europe in Warsaw.

The Chairperson and Academic Director of the IPD Forum, Professor Eytan GILBOA; Professor Emeritus of Middle Eastern Studies and Director of the Center for Iraq Studies at the University of Haifa, Professor Amatzia BARAM; and the Chairholder of the European Neighbourhood Policy Chair at the College of Europe Natolin campus, Professor Tobias SCHUMACHER, shared their expertise on the developments in Europe's Southern Neighbourhood.
