The College of Europe in Natolin is seeking applications for the position of full-time Administrative Officer in the Academic Administration Office with a starting date at the beginning of May 2023.
We are looking for candidates with:
- a master’s degree;
- a perfect command of English (C1 level) and a good command of French; good knowledge of Polish is an asset;
- computer literacy, very good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
- high sense of responsibility and initiative;
- attention to detail;
- ability to work autonomously and as a team member.
Tasks include:
- analyzing academic data of students coming from 30 countries worldwide;
- scheduling of courses delivered by 100 professors of 30 different nationalities;
- preparing necessary documentation;
- managing the academic calendar.
