Marian FILA

Marian is a political economist with regional expertise in European Union and East Asia. He has a master's degrees from College of Europe, Natolin and Yenching Academy of Peking University and a BA (Hons) from King's College London. In addition, he was a research/exchange student at National University of Singapore, Hong Kong University, Yonsei University (Korea), Keio University (Japan) and National Taiwan University.

He has professional experience as a Project Manager at Huawei Poland, Strategy Intern at PKN Orlen, Private Equity Intern at Asian Venture Capital Journal (Hong Kong), Intern at Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and research assistant to Professor Robyn Klingler-Vidra and Professor Tyler Goodspeed (later Acting Chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers). Currently he is also the representative of a European Citizen’s Initiative “Save your right, save your flight!” which he started with his classmates in Natolin and Professor Alberto Alemanno.
