On Monday 19 March 2018, the European General Studies programme in collaboration and with the support of the Swiss Mission to the EU, organises a roundtable on "Foresight on Differentiated Integration: A debate with practitioners and academics".

The purpose of the roundtable is to discuss which of the different scenarios for the future of the EU include differentiated integration options and how the notion of differentiation relates to the very future of the EU in relation to institutional aspects, the organisation of the internal market, the euro, the relation with applicant countries, neighbours and third countries, the rights of citizens and a number of other important aspects.
