The opening ceremony of the academic year of the College of Europe, Bruges campus, took place on 4 October 1995.
Dr Klaus HANSCH, President of the European Parliament, delivered the opening address to the students of the Walter HALLSTEIN Promotion, professors, staff and invited guests of the College of Europe.
