Simulation Game 2014-2015: Five weeks of intense negotiation

On 5 February 2015, the students of the Department of European Political and Administrative Studies of the College of Europe, Bruges campus, brought this new edition of the simulation game to a close with the Council formally adopting the regulation on groundhandling services at European Union airports. 

Although not all participants reached the objectives they had set for themselves, all were relieved to finalize the text, at the end of five weeks of intense negotiation, where each player walked in the shoes of a European policymaker, with all their–sometimes hardly reconcilable–incentives and the constraints they face. 

On 5 February, the Students of the European Political and Administrative Department of the College of Europe in Bruges closed this new edition of the simulation game with the Council formally adopting the regulation on groundhandling services at European Union airports.
