The first issue of the EU-China Observer in 2016 is now available. This issue compiles six contributions on the topic of China’s Market Economy Status (MES)/Art. 15 of China’s Accession Protocol to the WTO.
While discussions about granting China MES have become more prominent this year, we have invited authors with different backgrounds to examine this issue from legal, economic, and political perspectives and to analyze the potential impact on the European economy as well as on EU-China relations.
