Federica MOGHERINI giving the Sixth high-level "EU Diplomacy Lecture"
The College of Europe is pleased to announce that the Administrative Council of the College of Europe, acting on a proposal of the Academic Council, has appointed Federica MOGHERINI, former High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and former Vice-President of the European Commission, as Rector of the College of Europe. On 1 September 2020, Federica MOGHERINI, who is a visiting professor in the department of EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies, will succeed Rector Jörg MONAR who has successfully led the institution since 2013.
