Prof. Kataryna WOLCZUK, Dr Andriy TYUSHKA, and Dr Tamar GAMKRELIDZE have published a co-authored briefing paper as part of the Horizon 2020 ENGAGE project.
The paper is entitled Formulating Proposals for a More Effective Engagement with Neighbourhood Regions.
Co-authored also by Mr Thomas DE WAAL of Carnegie Europe, the paper draws from research done as part of ENGAGE Work Package 8 ‘Engaging with the EU’s Neighbourhoods’ (which analyses how the EU has engaged with the neighbouring countries in the context of the European Neighbourhood Policy).
