Student Recruitment Officer - College of Europe in Natolin
The College of Europe in Natolin is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Student Recruitment Officer with a starting date in autumn 2025.
Key responsibilities
- Support execution of targeted student recruitment campaigns both digitally and in-person;
- Represent the College at recruitment events and webinars;
- Develop outreach materials and social media content together with the Marketing Office;
- Coordinate preselection and processing of applications;
- Serve as primary contact for applicant enquiries;
- Maintain CRM databases of prospective and admitted students;
- Monitor market trends and collect feedback;
- Collaborate with internal offices and alumni ambassadors.
Qualifications and competencies
- University degree in European Studies, Communications, or related fields;
- Experience in recruitment, education, or events;
- Excellent communication and intercultural skills;
- Fluency in English; French or other EU languages an asset;
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask;
- Willingness to travel.
