Student Recruitment Officer – College of Europe in Natolin, Warsaw
The College of Europe in Natolin is seeking applications for Student Recruitment Officer to join the Communications and Recruitment Team, with a starting date in September-October 2026.
The position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the recruitment of students from across Europe and beyond, helping shape the next generation of policymakers, diplomats, and experts in European affairs.
About the College of Europe in Natolin
Established on the initiative of the Hague Congress in 1949, the College of Europe is the world’s oldest postgraduate institute of European studies. After the end of the Cold War, in 1992 the College of Europe in Natolin began its mission to prepare students to think not only beyond disciplinary boundaries, but also beyond preconceptions, and to encourage them to build bridges and embrace a wider perspective on Europe.
Ever since its foundation, the College of Europe in Natolin has been home to the academic programme of European Interdisciplinary Studies, regularly adapting its content to the changing international context and exploring emerging areas of study in European affairs.
Your Role
As Student Recruitment Officer, you will play a key role in attracting and engaging prospective students, supporting them throughout the admissions journey, and promoting the College's academic offer across Europe and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and implementation of targeted student recruitment campaigns, both online and in person;
- Represent the College at recruitment events, webinars, and information sessions;
- Support development of recruitment materials, digital content, and outreach initiatives;
- Coordinate the preselection process and assist in the management of student applications;
- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective applicants, providing timely and accurate information;
- Maintain and update CRM databases and applicant records;
- Monitor recruitment trends, market developments, and applicant feedback to inform future strategies;
- Collaborate closely with academic departments, administrative offices, and the alumni network.
Qualifications and Profile
We are looking for candidates who combine strong organisational skills with excellent communication abilities and a genuine interest in promoting the College of Europe in Natolin's academic offer and attracting talented students from across Europe and beyond.
Essential Requirements
- University degree in European Studies, Communications, International Relations, or a related field;
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and intercultural communication skills;
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously;
- Previous experience in student recruitment, higher education, communications, or a comparable role would be an asset;
- Fluency in English; French or other EU languages would be an asset;
- Proficiency in standard digital tools and CRM systems;
- Willingness to travel internationally.
