In addition to the regular study programme, the European Economic Studies Department organizes several other academic activities:

• Solvay Business Game
• Conferences/workshops/symposia/guest lectures
• Annual debates
• Participation in the European Business Summit
• College of Europe Business Club
• Study trip to Frankfurt-am-Main (visit and guided tour of the European Central Bank) and Luxembourg ( European Investment Bank, European Investment Fund, European Stability Mechanism and European Court of Auditors, Eurostat) 
• 'Discussing Europe': monthly debate on a topical European issue, organised for all College of Europe students
