This three-day programme presents the latest developments in the Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP). 
In three days, the participants will:

  • gain a thorough understanding of the CSDP (its development, key institutions and decision making process, key cooperation tools and initiatives between Member States, EU military and civilian missions and operations abroad);
  • analyse the CSDP and its effects;
  • analyse the new threats and how the EU is responding to them;
  • identify past and new partnerships of the EU in the security and defence field;
  • meet experts and practitioners working in the field of security and defence.
