Registrations are open until 21 June 2021.
Fee
The full tuition fee is € 1,400 (VAT excl.)*, which includes tuition, training materials, an online study visit to Brussels and a certificate from the College of Europe upon completion of the course.

Payment & Cancellations
- Payment of the fee is a condition for participation and shall be made within 30 calendar days from the invoice date and no later than one week before the beginning of the course.
- In case of cancellations received by 6 June 2021, the paid registration fees will be reimbursed. In this case, an administrative handling fee of € 100 will be charged.
- Registrations cancelled as of 7 June 2021 will be charged 50% of the total fee.
- Registrations cancelled as of 21 June 2021 will be charged 100% of the total fee.
The College of Europe reserves the right to select participants based on their academic and professional profile. In order to ensure the highest level of interactivity the number of participants will be limited.
In case the minimum number of participants is not reached, the participants will either be reimbursed with the 100% of the paid fee or offered to participate in another edition or programme. Participants who registered to the face to face version of the course and prefer not to take part in the online course can choose between being 100% reimbursed of the paid fee or participating in another edition or programme. No administrative handling fee will be charged in these cases.
To join the course, participants need a laptop or computer, a webcam, a microphone and a stable internet connection. The College of Europe Development Office will not provide refunds for participants who face technical issues beyond our direct control.
