Job Vacancy – Communications Assistant/Officer at the College of Europe in Natolin (Warsaw)

As a Communications Assistant/Officer at the College of Europe in Natolin, your main duties will include:

  • Content creation and update of websites;
  • Maintenance and update of social media profiles, live coverage at events;
  • Creation of promotional materials, such as brochures, leaflets, posters, photos, videos etc.;
  • Organization of promotional visits, attending fairs and representing the College of Europe at official events in Europe and beyond;
  • Supporting the student recruitment process;
  • Relations with alumni and organization of alumni reunions;
  • Support the Communications and Recruitment team with developing communications and marketing strategies.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • a Master’s degree;
  • a College of Europe degree would be an asset;
  • essential: excellent French and English (C2 / full professional proficiency / native);
  • other additional language skills would be an asset;
  • work experience in a communications and/or marketing role would be an asset;
  • a high level of IT literacy, with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point and the willingness to learn new applications as required;
  • familiar with social media outlets, digital marketing strategies, website content management systems (HTML, Wordpress, Drupal);
  • familiar with video editing (iMovie etc.) and graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator);
  • evidence of highly attuned organizational skills;
  • ability to work autonomously and as a team member;
  • high sense of responsibility and initiative, flexibility;
  • high level of accuracy, attention to detail and aesthetics;
  • preferably some previous work experience in multicultural environments;
  • good interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships with staff across the organization and to interact with a wide variety of individuals/organizations;
  • interest in the objectives of the College of Europe.
