Ewa Krukowska teaches at Natolin a workshop titled “Media and Climate: Communicating the Green Transition.” This workshop will address communicating about climate transition. It will examine how various stakeholders can communicate the problematic in a way that promotes awareness and encourages action. Combining scientific knowledge with a discussion about real-life examples, it will consider the challenges faced by governmental and non-governmental actors, the social and political context and the barriers to successfully communicating.
She is a senior energy and climate correspondent for Bloomberg News in Brussels. Before moving to Brussels in 2009, she worked for Bloomberg in Warsaw, covering foreign exchange and bond markets in emerging economies. Prior to that, she was a correspondent for Reuters in Poland from 1998 until 2007, reporting on economics, politics, and stock markets as well as climate and energy policies in central and eastern Europe.
She holds a Master's degree in American Studies from Warsaw University and a postgraduate diploma in central banking and monetary policy from the Polish Academy of Science and the National Bank of Poland.
