Dr Andriy TYUSHKA, Senior Research Fellow in the European Neighbourhood Policy Chair at the College of Europe in Natolin, presented this month, along with Prof. Tracey GERMAN, a study they co-authored titled "Ukraine’s 10-point Peace Plan and the Kyiv Security Compact - an assessment", during the EP’s AFET Committee hearing.
The presentation was part of the EP AFET’s broader effort to maximize sanction effectiveness and to achieve the transfer of Russian assets to Ukraine. It was a joint effort with the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
