The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the European General Studies Programme of the College of Europe are pleased to announce the 12th Bruges Colloquium on International Humanitarian Law.
This year's edition will focus on the "International Organisations' Involvement in Peace Operations: the Applicable Legal Framework and the Issue of Responsibility". The Colloquium will be held in Bruges on the 20th and the 21st of October 2011.
The Colloquium is designed to encourage an open exchange of views, among and between both experts and non-specialists interested in the subject.
The participation is limited and on invitation only.
