The College of Europe students from the Nordic and Baltic countries would like to invite you to the debate with Mr Arnoldas PRANCKEVIČIUS, Adviser to the President of the European Parliament, "The Baltic and Nordic countries as actors in the Eastern Partnership. To what extent can the Baltics guide the Eastern Partnership?"
 
Mr Arnoldas PRANCKEVIČIUS currently serves as diplomatic adviser to the President of the European Parliament Martin SCHULZ. He primarily advises the President on EU’s Eastern policy and enlargement strategy. His main focus includes relations with Russia, Eastern Partnership countries, Western Balkans and Asia. Mr PRANCKEVIČIUS has been with the European Parliament since 2006, previously working in the Cabinet of EP President Jerzy BUZEK (2009-2012), in the Committee for Foreign Affairs and with the Interparliamentary delegations for Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. Earlier, in 2004-2005 he served as domestic policy adviser to the President of Lithuania, Mr Valdas ADAMKUS. He was member of the first class of Rotary World Peace fellows and earned his Masters in European Affairs at the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po Paris). In addition to his professional activities, he also serves since 2009 as president of the Lithuanian Community in Belgium.
