In the framework of a bilateral cooperation agreement with the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Russian Ministry for Foreign Affairs (MGIMO), the College of Europe is organising a Summer seminar dealing with negotiation skills for a group of students from the European Institute (ESI) at MGIMO University. The seminar will take place from 1-12 September 2014 at the College of Europe premises in Bruges. The second week of the seminar will be dedicated to visits to European institutions and services (European Investment Bank, European Court of Justice, European External Action Service, among others). A total of 16 civil servants working for different Russian ministries and agencies and who have followed a Masters' Degree Programme either on EU Law, EU Economics or EU Politics and Policies during the academic year 2013-2014 in Moscow will be trained, as well as 3 Phd students.
