The College of Europe in Natolin had the pleasure to host, between 15-21 March 2021, the student-led LGBTQ+ Week, which featured many activities aimed at raising awareness on LGBTQ+ issues, identities and culture in a learning and joyful atmosphere.

Our Natolin students have worked over several months to deliver a varied programme. LGBTQ+ issues were tackled through an interdisciplinary approach, going from cultural-oriented initiatives, such as an artistic exhibition depicting LGBTQ+ art and activism, to more academic-oriented activities, such as a workshop on the demystification of the language of gender and queerness.

  • Dr Krzysztof Olaf CHARAMSA, Polish Catholic theologian and author;

  • Mr Ben MILLER, writer and historian, member of the board of the Museum Schwules Berlin;

  • Capt. Jaus MÜLLER, Captain of the Royal Netherlands Army, Chairman of Stichting Homoseksualiteit en Krijgsmacht.
