The College of Europe, Natolin (Warsaw) campus organized a study trip to Kyiv and Lviv between 7 and 14 March 2010 for the students of ‘EU as a Regional Actor’ and ‘EU as a Global Actor’ majors.
The main objective of the programme entitled ‘Zoom on Ukraine: a strategic neighbour’ was to enable the students to specialise in the fields of EU external policy and European Neighbourhood Policy, to learn about history, politics and culture of Ukraine, as well as to better understand the strategic importance of EU-Ukraine relations.
Meetings with experts, high officials, professors and practitioners specialised in the field of EU-Ukraine relations, as well as sessions with experts in history and cultural heritage of Ukraine were organised to this end.
