The opening ceremony of the academic year of the College of Europe, Bruges campus, took place on 15 October 1973.
Karl Otto PÖHL, Secretary of State with the Ministry of Finance of the Federal Republic of Germany, delivered the opening address to the students of the Giuseppe MAZZINI Promotion, professors, staff and invited guests of the College of Europe.
