The College of Europe and Alcoa would like to invite you to a panel discussion on "Climate Change and Industry in Europe".
Can Europe mitigate climate change without compromising the competitiveness of the European industry? How to deal with carbon leakage? Cost of mitigation measures - where are the ‘low hanging fruits’?
The panel will comprise speakers from the academic world, the Commission, the industry and the environmental NGO Bellona. The discussion will be followed by a reception.
