On Sunday, 14 February 2021, in preparation for an upcoming tour of the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum and Memorial, the European Civilization Chair organized for the students at the College of Europe in Natolin the screening of the film "Denial" (the story of David Irving’s trial).
Following the screening of the film, a high-level discussion took place on campus in the Auditorium Copernicus with Dr Piotr M.A. CYWIŃSKI, Director of the Museum and Memorial Auschwitz-Birkenau.
The discussion was moderated by Prof Georges MINK, Chairholder of the European Civilization Chair and was also broadcasted via Zoom.
The event was organized following all COVID-19 regulations and sanitary measures enacted by the local laws, as well as the recommendations of the World Health Organization.
