From 17 to 21 March 2014 and 7 to 11 April 2014 , the College of Europe will welcome hundred Algerian diplomats from IDRI. The objective of this training is to understand the European Union and EU- Algeria from an operational point of view through the practice of negotiation and discussion of common issues. The program was built around the following three components:

training sessions on European decision-making and on EU – Algeria relations ,

workshops on negotiation and communication ;

visits to EU institutions and meetings with officials from the European Commission, the European Parliament, the European External Action Service and the Council.
This training is funded by the European Commission under the program to support the Association Agreement ( P3A ) .
