The College of Europe offered a webinar on "Negotiation within the EU: Mechanics and dynamics of the Council". It took place on 31 May 2017 from 14:00 to 14:30.
This webinar gave an introduction to the institutional and historical context within which the Council operates and explained—from an insider's perspective—how, through a mixture of rules and political/administrative culture, the Council's negotiations proceed.
