The College of Europe Development Office has implemented last year 16 training sessions on the Council of Europe’s new Project Management Methodology (PMM). This methodology focuses in particular on results-based management and human rights approach to project management.
Over 230 staff members attended the training sessions in Strasbourg but also in field offices (Ankara, Belgrade, Bucharest, Kiev, Pristina and Tbilisi).
A number of training sessions are scheduled to take place in 2017.
