Prof. Stephan KEUKELEIRE, Chairholder of the TOTAL Chair of EU Foreign Policy, wrote an ad hoc study on "EU Foreign Policy towards the BRICS and other Emerging Powers" for the European Parliament's DG for External Policies (together with colleagues of the Finnish Institute for International Affairs).
