The Economics Department has published a new 'Bruges European Economic Policy briefing' entitled 'Financial Engineering Instruments and their Assessment Under EU State Aid Rules', written by Professor Phedon NICOLAIDES, Director of the European Economic Studies Department and Jan Tinbergen Chair at the College of Europe in Bruges.
