The College of Europe Development Office and CLS (leader) implemented the activities of the Certification programme, which was at its 4th consecutive year. The second block of training courses started on 11 September and ended on 22 September 2017. The programme ran with sessions both in English and French in parallel, and took place in Brussels and Luxembourg. The training focused mainly on skills, including topics such as ‘Reaching sound decisions’, ‘Negotiating successfully’, ‘Writing with impact’ and ‘Presenting with impact’.
