The Chamber of Commerce of Belgium and Luxembourg in Madrid (Spain) has awarded the XVIIIth Marqués de Villalobar Prize to the College of Europe.
On 22 November, the award will be given to the President of the Administrative Council of the College of Europe, Mr Iñigo MENDEZ de VIGO at the Westin Palace in Madrid.
