College of Europe cross-country report on minority rights in South East Europe published by the Council of Europe

As part of the joint EU/Council of Europe project “Promoting Human Rights and Minority Protection in South East Europe”, the College of Europe Development Office is managing a research project which aims, inter alia, at assessing 36 local projects within the seven Project Beneficiaries. The first cross-country report has now been published on the project’s website by the Council of Europe. It outlines the results of the first research phase which was carried out by regional experts during the local projects’ inception phase. For this project the College of Europe is working with a team of regional and international experts in the field of minority and human rights.

The report can be found here.

A cross-country report on the level of awareness on minority rights among the minority groups and municipal officers of these seven beneficiaries will be published in autumn 2015.
