The College of Europe Development Office participated with two representatives in the 1st Regional Conference on "Minority Protection in South East Europe - How to get the most from the Project?" on 26-27 November 2014 in Skopje, FYROM. The conference was organized in the framework of the Joint EU/Council of Europe Programme “Promoting Human Rights and Minority Protection in South East Europe” and will also serve to launch the activities of the project. During the implementation of the project, the College of Europe Development Office will be in charge of a baseline and final survey on human rights and minority protection.
