The College of Europe Development Office is proud to announce that it has been awarded a contract for the provision of training development and training sessions on the Project Management Methodology (PMM) of the Council of Europe. This methodology focuses in particular on results-based management and a human rights approach to project management. The contract will run over a period of one year (2016). The contract is divided into four Lots: Lot 1 and Lot 2 cover the development of two training modules on the Project Management Methodology; and Lot 3 and Lot 4 deal with the delivery of the training sessions. The participants will be officials working at the Council of Europe headquarters in Strasbourg and in its field offices. The project also includes the development of an e-Learning module on the basic principles of the Council of Europe Project Management Methodology.
