The College of Europe Development Office is proud to announce that it is part of the consortium which has been awarded two framework contracts for the delivery of consultancy services to support the learning and development of staff employed by the institutions, agencies and bodies of the European Union. The contracts will run over a period of four years (2016-2019). The first framework contract (Lot 1) involves the delivery of services in the field of European and international affairs, governance and EU law, covering the knowledge related to the European Union's structure and policies, as well as international relations. The second framework contract (Lot 3) covers services in the field of negotiation skills both at European and international level, including internal and inter-institutional negotiations.
