On Friday 22 September 2017, the College of Europe Development Office organized a lunchtime conference on the economic crisis for the European Commission's Directorate-General Human Resources and Security. The conference, titled "Nine Years On: Taking stock of the legacy of the crisis", was delivered by Dr Gisele HITES to EU officials and focused on the legacy of the economic crisis, the role of the EU in exiting it and the possible ways forward.
The conference was organized within the Lot 1 Framework Contract under which the College of Europe Development Office provides training and consultancy services to the EU Institutions, Bodies and Agencies in the field of European and international affairs, EU governance and law.
